1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BlaHype (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlaHype is an AI-powered Chrome extension study assistant that analyzes screenshots of web pages and provides AI-generated responses. The Service uses third-party AI models including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI services.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated answers provided by BlaHype may contain inaccuracies, errors, or misleading information. The Service is designed as a study assistant tool and should not be relied upon as a sole source of information.

• Always verify important information from authoritative sources
• AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect
• Do not use BlaHype for critical decisions without independent verification
• We are not responsible for consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content

4. Acceptable Use

BlaHype is intended for educational and lawful purposes only. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for cheating on exams or academic dishonesty
• Process content that violates copyright, privacy, or other legal rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Abuse, spam, or overload our systems
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Account Registration

You must register for an account using one of our supported OAuth providers (Google, Telegram, or VK). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Available Plans

• Free: Limited usage with advertisements
• Pro: Increased usage limits, customization settings
• Unlimited: Maximum usage, all features unlocked

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
• Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days
• No refunds are provided for partial month usage or if you violate these Terms
• To request a refund, contact our support team

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Your payment method fails or you have unpaid fees
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service (with 30 days notice)

10. Intellectual Property

The BlaHype Service, including its code, design, logos, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of BlaHype is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation.
